Razzak Memon is a 40+ year veteran of relational database development and the creator of R:BASE — one of the longest-running and most capable database management systems in commercial history. His work spans four decades of application development across government, logistics, manufacturing, financial services, and beyond.

As the owner of both R:BASE Technologies and RAM Data Systems, Razzak brings an unmatched combination of platform depth and real-world application expertise to every client engagement. He has personally designed, built, and deployed mission-critical systems for organizations ranging from municipal governments to multinational logistics operations.

Razzak leads a seasoned team of R:BASE developers and solution architects with decades of combined experience across the platform. His team handles the full spectrum of desktop and LAN application development, database design, system integration, enterprise workflow automation, and long-term client support — delivering solutions that are built right the first time and maintained with the same standard of care.

Rafee Memon

Rafee Memon leads RAM Data Systems’ mobile and web development practice, extending the reach of R:BASE-powered solutions into Android applications, Java-based web platforms, and cloud-hosted environments. His work bridges the gap between R:BASE back-end power and the modern interfaces that field teams, warehouse operators, and remote users demand.

With a full-stack technical foundation spanning Java, TypeScript, React, and cloud infrastructure across both IONOS and AWS environments, Rafee architects and delivers end-to-end solutions that are as performant at the UI layer as they are at the database core. His component-driven React front ends integrate seamlessly with strongly-typed TypeScript service layers and R:BASE back-end data engines — producing applications that are maintainable, scalable, and built to production standards. His mobile and web applications are deployed in active production environments, processing real transactions in demanding operational settings every day.

Rafee leads a dedicated team of mobile and web developers focused on Android application development, Java-based web portals, cloud infrastructure, and API integration. His team works in close coordination with the R:BASE development practice to ensure that every mobile and web solution is seamlessly connected to the database core — delivering a unified, reliable experience from the back end to the field.
